Business Model Template

The article addresses the formulation of a business model template that captures the entrepreneurial concept of a new venture or the reorganization of an existing business through standardized component groups and their interrelationships. It proposes the use of the software package Dragon 1 for simulating such models and applying the results to organizational transformation projects. The importance of selecting an appropriate strategic concept prior to model development is emphasized, taking into account the industrial offerings of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and aiming to support the growth of small high-tech enterprises
