At the same time, it explores the substantial challenges these firms face, including financial constraints, organizational readiness, and cultural barriers. Case studies are presented to illustrate successful adoption stories in different industries, while a comparative perspective situates Azerbaijan among its regional peers and global developing economies. The article concludes by emphasizing the potential for broader ERP uptake as government programs, international organizations, and local tech providers step in to support digital transformation. References to specific OECD, EBRD, and local market reports underscore the broader policy context guiding SME digitalization efforts
