Application of Fertilizers and Precision Farming: the Concept of "Industry 4.0"

We considered the possibility of applying the concept of "Industry 4.0" to agriculture and the use of fertilizers in precision farming systems. The possibilities of integrating information technologies with agricultural production are shown, which can increase productivity and efficiency. Examples of increasing the efficiency of nitrogen fertilizers using electronic counterparts of technologies to reduce environmental impacts are given.
