Recommendations have also been developed for physical education teachers, namely: to create positive motivation for students to engage in physical education by using game and competitive forms of physical education, take into account the individual characteristics and level of physical fitness of students, ensuring variety in classes by combining traditional and modern methodologies, using modern technologies in physical education for schoolchildren, develop sustainable habits for daily motor activity, involving students in the organization of sporting events, and cooperating with parents. Attention is emphasized on a comprehensive approach to fostering a healthy lifestyle, which includes cooperation between schools, families, and the social environment.
