Possibilities of preventing stress-associated disorders in students in the process of engagement in sports games

The article reveals the effectiveness of using sports games (using the example of football) to prevent stress-associated disorders in students. It is determined that modern life realities threaten the emergence of stress-associated disorders in students, and a factor in preventing their occurrence may be increasing the adaptive capabilities of the body and stress resistance in the process of rationally organized physical activity. It is shown that stress-associated disorders are formed as a result of a violation of the model of mutual influence of human abilities, skills and abilities to maintain emotional, cognitive processes, as well as to have adaptive reactions to excessive stress. The study of the body of education seekers as a holistic dynamic system under the influence of stressors involves the study of the relationships between individual indicators of the development of the body and psyche, which allow maintaining optimal performance, adapting in physiological and mental aspects to the complex conditions of the external environment. It is assumed that stress resistance and functional potential are those parameters of the functioning of the body as a biological system that allow maintaining optimal performance, adapting in physiological and mental aspects to complex environmental conditions, and counteracting critical stress. It is outlined that sports games are a special type of motor activity that is available to people with different levels of game preparation and, due to their dynamism, variability, and team nature, are capable of having a comprehensive impact on the functional state and willpower of those involved. The relationship between indicators of stress resistance, functional adaptive potential and motor fitness of high school students is established. The effectiveness of using football in the process of physical education to prevent stress-associated disorders in high school students is proven.
