The results indicate that improving teaching methods can increase instructors’ commitment to monitoring practices, learning environment, planning and evaluation for learner variety, and personal and professional development. The results of the analysis further revealed that the larger the instructors’ concentration on goal-setting activities, the better the monitoring practices and performance commitment of teachers. The findings suggest that enhancing teaching methods can boost instructors’ commitment to monitoring practices, creating a positive learning environment, planning, and evaluating for learner variation, and personal and professional development. Based on the results, this paper recommended the teachers training plan which is the output of this study.
