Efficient roll-to-roll intense pulsed light treatment of ZnO layer for scalable flexible organic photovoltaics
A roll-to-roll-based intense pulsed light treatment is proposed as an annealing method for ZnO layers in flexible organic solar cells, which can induce oxidizing and close packing of ZnO nanoparticles by completely removing the residual solvent.
