Managerial decision-making processes in an educational organization based on a decision model

This work is devoted to the development and analysis of a mathematical model describing the dynamics of the functioning of management processes in an educational organization. A special feature of the model is the display of the interrelationships between the key factors affecting the effectiveness of management: the frequency of problematic situations, the speed and accu-racy of their identification, as well as actions to neutralize them. The model allows us to assess the probability of successful resolution of emerging problems in the management processes of an educational organization, which is considered as the main indicator of the effectiveness of the implemented solution to achieve the goal of the activity. The uniqueness of the developed model lies in the possibility of solving both direct and inverse problems. The direct task allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of the control system based on the set operating parameters. The inverse problem, in turn, makes it possible to determine the optimal characteristics of the management processes necessary to achieve the target level of efficiency (the likelihood of successful problem solving). This is achieved by identifying the most effective ways of mod-ernization, including the introduction of modern software and hardware systems and special-ized retraining of personnel. The implementation of the proposed mathematical model will al-low heads of educational organizations to make informed management decisions based on the data obtained when solving the inverse problem, which, ultimately, will lead to an increase in the overall effectiveness of achieving the organization's targets. The model serves as a tool for targeted optimization of management processes and investments in automation. The developed mathematical model is a significant tool for improving the efficiency of educational organiza-tion management processes, providing support for informed management decisions based on the analysis of data obtained as a result of modeling.
