The research was planned using the case study model from qualitative research methods, and the document analysis method was employed. The cartoon to be analyzed in terms of 21st century skills was determined based on the opinions of 50 girls and 50 boys attending public kindergartens. Of the 127 episodes of the Rafadan Tayfa cartoon, 13 episodes determined by simple random sampling method were watched by the researchers. The skills in the watched episodes were scored as present (1) or absent (0) according to their presence in the “21st Century Skills Checklist” consisting of 12 titles and 65 sub-items.
