Депремирование работников: проблемы теории и практики

The article discusses the problems of compliance with the rights of employees to receive incentive payments. The concept, functions and types of incentive payments are analyzed. Based on the conducted research, the right of the employer to deprematize the employee is substantiated. At the same time, as a result of studying scientific doctrine, judicial practice and explanations from government agencies, restrictions on this right have been formulated, as well as relevant proposals for improving current legislation and guiding judicial practice.
