Кафедра трудового и финансового права в XXI веке: продолжение традиций

This article is dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the resumption of the activities of Yaroslavl State University (YarSU) and the training of lawyers, as well as the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Department of Labor and Financial Law of the Faculty of Law. Attention is drawn to the fact that teaching labor and financial law has a long history, starting with the Demidov Law Lyceum, continued at YarSU. The department's traditions in terms of selection and placement of faculty are highlighted. A fairly detailed overview of the contribution of all members of the department to the development of selected scientific areas is given, indicating their main publications and taught disciplines.
