It is my great pleasure to welcome all of you to the 2025 IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference (VTC) in Oslo, Norway. VTC is the flagship conference of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society (VTS), held twice a year in spring and fall. Last year, we celebrated the 100th edition of VTC in Washington, D.C.. The 2025 spring edition is the first VTC to be held in Norway.
