Free Fibular Flap for Clavicle Reconstruction: an Orthoplastic approach.
This study supports the fibular flap's efficacy in reconstructing critical-sized clavicular defects and emphasizes technical strategies to reach the stability of the final construct and optimize the functional outcome.
