CONTINUING EDUCATION STRATEGY IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BACHELOR’S AND MASTER’S DEGREE PROGRAMS FOR INTERNATIONAL TEACHER TRAINING

The purpose of this article is to analyze the institutional practice of Altai State Pedagogical University in implementing a continuing education strategy within the context of training international teachers. The objectives include examining the organization of the educational process in bachelor’s and master’s degree programs that prepare educators to promote Russian-language education abroad. Particular attention is given to didactic aspects of developing professional skills among students at both levels of higher education. The research methods used are analysis, generalization, and description.
