Integrating Repertorial Data with Clinical Pathology: Bridging the Gap between Homeopathy and Modern Diagnostics in Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) encompasses a complex clinical issue that requires comprehensive diagnostic and treatment pathways. Conventional medicine relies primarily on biomarkers and imaging to direct diagnosis and treatment; however, homeopathy relies on unique combinations of symptoms and patient characteristics to drive individualised treatment. This review discusses the opportunity to marry homeopathic symptom collections with contemporary clinical pathology in order to build a more complete picture of how RA presents and how to treat this condition. A review of the literature included homeopathic literature and clinical pathologies, as well as combined approaches to the management of RA. The findings indicate that some symptom patterns in homeopathy might relate to specific inflammatory markers and genetic factors in RA patients. Combining qualitative insights from homeopathy with quantitative lab data could improve how we classify patients and lead to more personalized treatment plans. While merging these two areas shows promise for better RA management, there are still significant challenges, especially in standardizing and validating these combined approaches.
