Self-design as a principle of professional development of future specialists in the construction industry
The article reveals the algorithms of self-design of future specialists in the construction industry. In this regard, the characteristics of the principles of development according to L.P. Stankevich are given. A retrospective analysis of personal technologies of self-design of the Department of Self-design of the Construction Industry was conducted. The algorithms of self-design of professional development of future specialists in the construction industry are revealed.
