Hubungan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan di Toko Retail X

The electronics retail industry is currently experiencing rapid development with increasingly fierce competition, so companies are required to have employees who are able to contribute more than just formal duties. This study aims to examine the relationship between transformational leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in employees at Retail Store X which operates in the electronics sector and sells mobile phones and various supporting accessories. This study uses a quantitative correlational design with the entire employee population of 107 people as subjects through population study techniques. Data were collected using the Transformational Leadership Style Scale and the OCB Scale. Data analysis was carried out using the Product Moment correlation test from Karl Pearson. The results of the analysis show a highly significant positive relationship between transformational leadership style and OCB (r = 0.564; p = 0.000, p < 0.01). Transformational leadership style contributes 31.8% to OCB, while the remaining 68.2% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings indicate that the transformational leadership style implemented by superiors can be an important strategy in increasing OCB in employees.
