The impact of tetracosactide on epidural fibrosis in a rat laminectomy model
AIM: Epidural fibrosis is a prevalent and undesirable outcome following spinal surgeries, often leading to recurrent lumbago and radiculopathy that can significantly degrade the quality of life. The current study was designed to explore the potential antifibrotic effects of tetracosactide, a hormonal peptide, within the context of a rat laminectomy model. Lokal tetrakosaktid grubuna ila dorudan dura zerine uygulanmtr
