LncRNA LBX2-AS1 exacerbates LPS-induced stress on periodontal ligament cells by activating the TLR2 signaling pathway through miR-654-3p
Upregulation of LBX2-AS1 has the potential to be a marker for the development of periodontitis. miR-654-3p mediates the impact of LBX2-AS1 on LPS-stimulated inflammatory responses and cellular damage in PDLCs via the TLR2/Myd88/NF-κB signaling pathway.
