Pier Paolo Pasolini na literatura italiana contemporânea
The controversial Italian film-maker and writer has always declared his passion for football. The idea here is to think about how Pier Paolo Pasolini’s emotional and intellectual involvement with this sport got so established in Italian society, that football became the plot of several contemporary literary productions. In order to this, it was necessary to use the methodological procedures of analysis of literature history. The main conclusion was that the passion for football that Pasolini used to feel, associated with his controversial life, made literature incorporate football, sometimes through his ideas, or as a complex character.
