Collaborative Recommender Systems in Building Automation Using Fc-Rbf Approach
Home automation systems integrate sensors and gadgets into the IoT framework to offer centralised management over electrical systems including lighting, heating, and media. The capacity to link a number of programmable devices to a single server, which can be accessed remotely by tablet or smartphone interfaces, is a key feature of these systems that makes them useful. To improve user convenience, energy efficiency, and intelligent decision-making, Recommender Systems for Building Automation are crucial in this context. Feature selection, data preparation, and model training are the three steps that make up the suggested system. The BA is a feature selection method that draws inspiration from echolocation techniques used by microbats. To improve the quality of the incoming data, data preprocessing makes use of smoothing filters, both linear and nonlinear. Training is done using the FC-RBF neural network model, which is older than more modern architectures such as FC or RBF alone. Nevertheless, the selected methodology is effective as the model obtains an amazing accuracy rate of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{9 4. 8 2 \%}$</tex>. These findings point to a possible future for smart home technology breakthroughs in the integration of algorithms inspired by nature with neural networks in Recommender Systems for Building Automation.
