Optimizing the Discovery of Stunting Time Series Rules Using the Rule Base Time Series (RBT) and J-measure Methods
Healthy, smart workers are important for competitiveness in the fourth Industrial Revolution. For human resources must assist human resources. Malnutrition affects 767.9 million people worldwide, and Unicef expects it to grow by 2021. This indicates the world still fights hunger and malnutrition. The WHO estimates that malnutrition is a global health threat. Malnutrition kills 3.1 million kids annually. The amount comes from annual deaths. Identifying stunters is key to eliminating stunting. Expected results can be possibilities for early prevention. Processing time series shortening data with RBT and J-measure. Surgery proceeds this way. After converting time series patterns into rules, J-measure ranks the best rule. RBT records this process's time series. A stunting prediction rule with 54% confidence and 1.04 J-measure was found.
