Intelligent CloudOps: A Unified Monitoring and Management System for Cloud-Native Infrastructures

With the widespread application of cloud computing technologies, enterprises face increasing demands for managing cloud-network resources. Traditional monitoring methods struggle to meet real-time and comprehensive monitoring requirements for multidimensional resources such as CPU, memory, disk, network, and security events in cloud environments. This paper designs and develops a Cloud-Based Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Management System (CB-IOMS). Through a centralized monitoring platform, it achieves real-time monitoring, data analysis, alarm notification, and security protection for cloud-network resources. This helps enterprises grasp resource usage promptly, optimize resource allocation, ensure secure and stable operation of cloud-network environments, and enhance operational efficiency and management capabilities. The system adopts the SpringBoot + Vue.js technology stack to implement frontend-backend separation. A modular microservices architecture integrates core functions including data collection, aggregated analysis, and alarm management. Deployment at a municipal telecommunications company demonstrated $87.5 \%$ reduction in manual inspection hours, cloud resource utilization increased to $89.7 \%$, and annual operational costs reduced by 1.6 million RMB.
