The Influence of Academic Management on Achievement Motivation of University Students of Rural Areas Under the Background of Rural Revitalization
Rural education involves all aspects, among which the training of rural college students in universities is also an important element. Based on the current background of China's rural revitalization strategy, this study adopts a quantitative research method, selecting rural college students in a university as a whole to carry out a questionnaire survey study, and obtaining a total of 591 valid questionnaires. By using SPSS software to analyze the data, the researcher found that the academic behavioral management, academic emotional management and academic cognitive management of academic management have obvious correlations with the dimensions of achievement motivation, such as mastery goal orientation, performance-approach goal orientation, and performance-avoidance goal orientation, and at the same time, the different dimensions of academic management have different influences on the different dimensions of achievement motivation and its whole. Overall, academic management can indeed affect achievement motivation and can provide some basis for achievement motivation. The results of this study further define the influence of academic management on achievement motivation and clarify the role played by different dimensions in stimulating students' achievement motivation, which can provide certain reference for colleges and universities to strengthen academic management and thus stimulate the achievement motivation of rural college students and improve the quality of their success.
