Research on the application of settlement for rural construction projects based on 3D laser scanning technology
In the context of rural revitalization, this article proposes an innovative method based on 3D laser scanning technology to construct a real-life model of rural houses, combined with BIM reverse modeling to generate digital settlement basis, in response to the problems of disputes and low settlement efficiency caused by the lack of completion drawings, frequent construction changes, and incomplete construction process data in rural construction projects. Obtaining point cloud data through multi site collaborative scanning, establishing high-precision 3D models through denoising, registration, and surface reconstruction, and generating parameterized BIM models in reverse to achieve automatic calculation of engineering quantities and standardized output of lists. The feasibility of this method in the completion of engineering projects has been verified through the renovation project of ancient villages in Guangdong.
