Physically crosslinked poly(methacrylic acid- co -acrylamide)/gelatin–chitosan (poly-MAGC) interpenetrating polymer network hydrogels for drug delivery and antibacterial activity
The poly-MAGC hydrogel is a biocompatible, biodegradable, pH- and temperature-responsive system that enables controlled carbenicillin release with strong antibacterial activity and superior stability without toxic crosslinkers.
