ANA BABA OLMANIN HUKUKİ SORUMLULUĞU
Becoming mother or father, or “parenthood” in short and in its holistic form, whether it is based on a conscious or unconscious decision or not based on any decision, imposes many different responsibilities on a person that may last a lifetime long. While the society they live in imposes the social, psychological, economic, cultural and religious aspects of this responsibility on the parent unbeknown to them, legal responsibility is often unknown and not taught. However, being a parent makes a person liable not only to their children but to third parties because of their children's actions and deeds. We will examine the legal responsibility of being a parent, including its nature, limits and consequences towards children and third parties
