Experience in Solving Early Career Guidance Issues in the Context of Implementing a Targeted Training Program for Future Biology Teachers

The article considers the ways of solving the issues of career guidance among students of psychology and education classes at educational institutions. The study was conducted on the basis of Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University. The purpose of the article is to summarize and analyze the experience of solving early career guidance issues in the context of the implementation of a program for targeted training of future biology teachers at Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University. The authors consider the possibility of creating a unified educational environment based on various innovative university sites as one of the most effective approaches to the implementation of career guidance and the development of modern biology education. High efficiency in achieving the set goals and objectives belongs to the “school – university” system. Innovative educational platforms such as scientific and educational centers of a pedagogical university, a technopark, and a zoological club are effective tools for early career guidance of schoolchildren and choosing the direction of study according to the program of targeted training of future biology teachers.
