6306 Sayılı Kanun Kapsamında Riskli Yapı Tespiti Yapılan Bir Yapının Farklı İllerde ve Farklı Zemin Koşulları Altındaki Risk Değerlendirilmesi
Our country is located in a region with a very high earthquake risk, and earthquakes that cause significant loss of life and property frequently occur. In addition to the high earthquake risk, the insufficient seismic resilience of the building stock makes our country more vulnerable to earthquakes. The weakness of buildings in resisting earthquakes is significantly influenced by the inadequacy of structural materials and the failure to design and construct according to soil conditions. The type and mechanical properties of the ground on which a building is constructed greatly affect the earthquake forces it experiences during an earthquake. In this study, the status of a 6-story reinforced concrete building, assessed as a risky structure under Law No. 6306, was analyzed for its risk in various provinces (Kahramanmaraş, Hatay, Gaziantep, Adıyaman, Malatya, Kilis, Şanlıurfa, Adana, Osmaniye, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Istanbul, Izmir, Çanakkale, Tokat, Aydın, Erzurum, Trabzon, Ankara, Kastamonu) and under different soil conditions (ZA, ZB, ZC, ZD, and ZE). The risk assessment of the building was conducted in accordance with the provisions of the "Principles Regarding the Determination of Risky Structures" (RYTEİE). The analyses were performed using the YAP.Net software developed by the Urban Transformation Directorate. The findings revealed that the soil class has a direct impact on the building's risk status. Variations in the SS and S1 coefficients based on soil location and the SDS and SD1 coefficients determined by soil type were found to directly influence the base shear force. Consequently, these factors were identified as critical determinants in whether the buildings subjected to the analysis were classified as risky or non-risky
