PERAN NILAI KETULUSAN, KOMITMEN, DAN KESUNGGUHAN HATI DALAM MEMBANGUN SIKAP MULTIKULTURAL PESERTA DIDIK: SEBUAH TINJAUAN LITERATUR

This study examines the role of sincerity, commitment, and wholeheartedness in shaping students' multicultural attitudes amid social and cultural diversity. A qualitative approach with a literature study design was employed through a systematic review of journal articles, reference books, and relevant previous research. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and critical literature analysis. Content analysis techniques were used to process data through reduction, presentation, and descriptive-qualitative conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that sincerity fosters honest and respectful social interactions, commitment supports the consistency of inclusive attitudes, and wholeheartedness deepens students' understanding and acceptance of diversity. These three values complement each other in the internalization process of students' multicultural attitudes. This article is expected to serve as a conceptual reference for educators and researchers in designing strategies to strengthen multicultural character education in schools.
