Tea-Trevés to Communicate in Primary School

In primary education, we find children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our classrooms. Therefore, it is necessary to understand their developmental stages and the characteristics and levels of first-grade students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This study focuses on a teaching approach aimed at improving the communication skills of first- and second-grade students with ASD and promoting student inclusion through different activities developed using the REAPSES method, using four learning areas: active, theoretical, reflective, and pragmatic. These activities are implemented in two schools in Zaragoza. These activities involve oral and written learning using Augmentative and Alternative Communication systems (AAC) and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). This has resulted in the creation of two books entitled "The world of letters" and "Discover and learn," as well as visual and manipulative materials. The results show that students can improve their attention and activity retention. The manuscript concluded that the REAPSES method promotes more individualized and motivating learning, which enhances effective communicative development.
