Meningkatkan kelincahan atlet futsal dengan latihan 40 yard square carioca
The problem of this research is the lack of physical training provided by the coach, it is often found that coaches and extracurricular coaches in providing training models only focus on the basic techniques of futsal games and are limited to certain movements with repetitive implementation. The physical abilities of extracurricular futsal athletes are still low, especially in agility. This can be seen from the stiff, less agile, and slow body movements during the match. The purpose of the study was to examine whether it could improve the agility of futsal athletes with 40-yard square-carioca training. The research method used is quantitative, by means of sampling techniques by making all members of the population a sample of 20 people. Data collection using agility T-test agility test with data analysis techniques using quantitative statistical analysis with paired t test formula. Based on the results of data analysis conducted in the study, it is proven that the value of t count> t table (4.599> 1.729), so it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected which states that there is no effect.
