ANALYSIS OF METHODS FOR IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ORGANIZATION’S MANAGEMENT: OVERVIEW OF APPROACHES AND TECHNOLOGIES

This article describes the features of organizational management methods and their role in the business processes of wholesale trade enterprises at the current stage of the domestic market’s development. The study identifies objects, subjects, measures to improve efficiency, and their impact on product sales processes and the overall financial condition of enterprises. Additionally, existing approaches to enhancing business management efficiency are examined using the example of wholesale trade enterprises. The research focuses on modern wholesale trade enterprises, methods for improving the efficiency of business process management in these enterprises, and the specifics of their application in an uncertain external environment. The subject of the study is the methods for increasing management efficiency and their influence on enterprise operations under conditions of external uncertainty. Furthermore, in the course of writing this article, the authors analyzed a set of measures used to enhance efficiency in wholesale trade enterprises and proposed recommendations for optimizing these measures within the framework of the daily activities of such organizations.
