Through qualitative documentary analysis and a review of international best practices, it proposes the Comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation and Anti-Corruption Coordination System (simeca) as an innovative solution. This technological platform aims to strengthen the sna by providing: • Enhanced transparency and information access • Optimized citizen reporting mechanisms • Real-time public oversight The research emphasizes the need to promote strong governmental ethics and improve institutional coordination, underscoring that active societal participation is essential for achieving a more effective and transparent public administration.
