Digital Citizenship and Its Impact on the Intention to Adopt Eco-Friendly Technologies: A Survey Study from the Perspective of Employees in Educational Institutions

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of digital citizenship with the intention of finding the relationship between digital citizenship levels, using environmentally friendly technologies in educational institutions. The study depended on the descriptive analytical approach, where data was collected from workers in educational institutions, using the questionnaire aimed at a selected selection of the goal population.The results showed that digital citizenship has a clear effect on the level of consciousness around individuals with environmental technologies, as it was shown that individuals with high -level digital citizenship have more awareness of the benefits of permanent technology. . The study has also shown that digital citizenship has a positive impact on individuals to use environmental technologies, suggests that individuals with advanced digital skills are more receptive to using environmentally friendly practice.When it comes to trends towards the actual application of environmental solutions, the results have shown that digital citizenship is affected, but it is less pronounced than its impact on consciousness and preparation.
