Therefore, an analysis of the factors underlying pregnant women's visits to ANC K1 Access is needed. The type of research used is descriptive with a population of 99 pregnant women. Nearly half of respondents had adequate family support, and pregnant women with good family support were found to have increased adherence to ANC visits. Suggestions for the Klatakan Community Health Center, the research site, include increasing the reach of ANC services by scheduling doctors at the Community Health Center (Pustu), Village Health Center (Polindes), and Village Health Post (Ponkesdes) and providing mobile ultrasound services. Distribusi tingkat pengetahuan baik sebanyak 16 responden (35,6%). Jarak tempat tinggal dengan puskesmas jauh (>3 km) yaitu 37 responden (82,2%). Dukungan keluarga termasuk kategori cukup 21 orang (46,7%).
