ANALYSIS OF THE STATE AND DYNAMICS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF LAND AND NATURE MANAGEMENT IN THE TERRITORY OF A RURAL MUNICIPALITY

The article presents the results of the analysis of the use of the land fund in a rural municipality. Using statistical and analytical methods, the information of Rosreestr for the Omsk region for 2017-2024 on the distribution of land resources by land categories, forms of ownership was processed, the trend of their change was identified using such indicators as absolute increase and growth rate. It was revealed that the main direction of economic development of the research object is agricultural land use, which is carried out on agricultural lands, occupying 85% of the total area of the municipal district. Agricultural land in the structure of all lands occupies 85%, of which 75% is arable land, which indicates a fairly intensive use of the existing soil potential, requiring measures to preserve and improve it. Agricultural land is mainly used by large commodity producers, whose share is 81%. During the period under study, there is a stable trend in the redistribution of lands by ownership forms both in the district as a whole and in terms of land categories, which requires the delineation of state and municipal lands. The following types of nature management are developing on the territory of the municipal district: agriculture, forestry and hunting. However, their actual parameters do not correspond to the optimal ones for the southern forest-steppe zone, which leads to an imbalance between the agricultural load and the environmental stability of the territory. In accordance with the identified trends in land use on the territory of the municipal district, the directions of its future development were determined.
