La Sostenibilidad como Principio de Vida en la Organización Comunitaria
Social economy enterprises face not very encouraging conditions for their permanence. Some cooperatives of native peoples organize themselves, remain and improve the living conditions of the region with sustainability as a principle of life of their worldview, known as communality. To analyze the influence of their life philosophy on the achievement of the objectives of a social business, a case study was developed to understand the form of organization and philosophical bases of the Tosepan Titataniske cooperative in Cuetzalan, Puebla, Mexico. It was found that the worldview of the members of the cooperative has been transferred to the organizational philosophy, positively influencing the preservation of the resources and heritage of the communities where it has been developed.
