Educación Híbrida: Beneficios, Perspectivas y Retos en una Sociedad Globalizada
Hybrid education, also known as blended learning, is a teaching model that integrates face-to-face and virtual instruction, taking advantage of the potential of both environments. This approach has gained relevance after the COVID-19 pandemic by offering flexibility, accessibility, and personalized learning. The purpose of this article is to analyze the benefits and challenges of hybrid education based on a descriptive study involving teachers, students, and parents from different institutions. A qualitative methodology was applied, using interviews and a review of recent literature. The findings reveal that hybrid education fosters autonomy, active learning, and inclusion, but faces limitations related to the digital divide and the need for teacher training. Finally, guidelines are proposed to strengthen the implementation of this model in university and school contexts.
