Right Middle Lobe Syndrome in Left Lung: A Case Report

A 13-year-old girl presented with left-sided chest pain for 4 months, with a history of pneumonia 4 years ago.Clinico-radiological investigations were consistent with nonresolving pneumonia predominantly involving the left lower lobe (LLL).This clinico-radiological case report discusses a rare anatomical variation in lung anatomy that led to middle lobe syndrome (MLS) in the left lung.
