Research on the application of multiple surveys in one mode in construction engineering
With the rapid development of the construction industry and the strong advocacy of the country to improve the quality and efficiency of construction projects, promote the integration of construction industrialization and informatization, the traditional surveying and mapping mode of construction projects is severely constrained by problems such as repeated surveying, data silos, and redundant approvals, which seriously restrict the improvement of engineering efficiency and the digital transformation of the industry. There is an urgent need for more efficient surveying and mapping modes to promote industrial upgrading. This study introduces the "multi survey in one" mode, and through typical case analysis, describes the specific process and technical points of the mode to integrate planning, construction, acceptance and other full cycle surveying and mapping tasks, and to build an intensive system of "one-time commission, unified surveying and mapping, and achievement sharing". The results indicate that this model significantly improves surveying efficiency (reducing repetitive tasks) and data quality (breaking information silos), and provides standardized data support for fields such as smart construction site management and urban renewal, effectively promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry under the "dual carbon" goal. Through process optimization and technology integration, the "multi survey integration" model has solved the structural problems of the traditional surveying and mapping model, which not only provides a feasible path for the digital reform in the field of construction engineering, but also provides a reference paradigm for the cross stage collaboration and green development of other industries, with a wide range of industry reference and social value.
