Correlation Between Escitalopram, Sertraline, and Fluoxetine Serum Levels and QTc Interval Prolongation in Children and Adolescents
These findings suggest a positive correlation between norfluoxetine serum levels and QTc interval duration in children and adolescents. Monitoring norfluoxetine concentration may support individual dose adjustments to minimize the risk of QTc prolongation. However, confirmation in a larger cohort is required before clinical recommendations can be made.
