Evaluating Communication Effectiveness in Diverse Community Contexts
This article explores frameworks and practices for evaluating communication effectiveness in culturally diverse and resource-limited settings. It emphasizes the importance of SMART goal-setting, identifying practical key performance indicators, and using accessible feedback tools such as surveys, interviews, and participatory evaluations. Case studies from Uganda, Bangladesh, Brazil, the Philippines, and Nepal illustrate how organizations refine strategies through systematic measurement and community involvement. The findings highlight evaluation as both a technical and participatory process that enhances organizational effectiveness, trust, and inclusivity.
