Analisis Direktif Perintah dan Permintaan Film Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hashira Training Arc

This study aims to analyze the forms of directive speech acts, specifically commands (meirei) and requests (irai), as well as the responses of interlocutors in the anime Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hasira Training Arc. The theoretical framework is based on Namatame’s (1996) classification of directive speech acts and Harvey and Smith’s theory of responses (in Ahmadi, 1999). This research employs a qualititative descriptive method, using observation and note-taking techniques for data collection. The analysis reveals 62 instances of directive speech acts 37 commands and 25 requests.Common linguistic markers for commands include ~e, ~ro, ~ and nasai, while those for requests include ~te kudasai, ~te kure, and ~onegau. The responses vary between positive and negative, depending on social relationship, situational context, and hierarchical dynamics between characters.
