Jerusalem, Manaḥat

In April 2022, a trial excavation was conducted on Velos Street in Jerusalem’s Mana h at neighborhood (Permit No. A-9265; map ref. 217345/629123; Fig. 1) prior to infrastructure development. The excavation, undertaken on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority, was directed by N. Silverberg, with the assistance of N. Nehama (administration), K. Arbiv (metal detection), O. Zakaim (plan and sections), S. Halevi (field photography and photogrammetry), D. Gazit (studio photography), I. Lidsky-Reznikov (pottery scanning), Y. Gorin-Rosen (glass) and R. Be’eri ( guidance ) .
