EFFECT OF RESPIRATORY ADMINISTRATION OF ESSENTIAL OILS ON THE HUMAN NERVOUS AND CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEMS
The effect of 27 samples of various essential oils (EO) on the psychoemotional state, mental performance and cardiovascular system of humans was studied. The study involved 2520 people aged 55-85 years. It was found that the essential oils of rosemary and savory have the widest spectrum of action. Their positive effect extends to both the psychoemotional state and mental performance, as well as the cardiovascular system. EOs with a pronounced effect on certain categories of indicators have been identified. EO of noble laurel has a positive effect on the psychoemotional state and the cardiovascular system. EO of peppermint of the Udaychanka variety effectively affects depression and the speed of thinking during complex mental work. EO of medicinal hyssop significantly improves self-esteem of the psychoemotional state.
