SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION, AND ANTICANCER EVALUATION OF NOVEL HETEROCYCLIC DERIVATIVES BEARING PYRAZOLE, PYRIMIDINE, AND ISOXAZOLE RING FROM 4,7-DICHLOROQUINOLINE
In this study, a series of novel heterocyclic compounds were synthesized by incorporating pyrazole, pyrimidine, and isoxazole rings onto the 4,7-dichloroquinoline scaffold. The synthesis was carried out using various reactions, including nucleophilic substitution and cyclization, to obtain the desired heterocyclic compounds.Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis were employed to characterize synthesized compounds, enabling accurate structural determination and assessment of purity. The elemental analysis data indicated that the compounds were of high purity, with consistent stoichiometric ratios of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and chlorine, which was essential for the confirmation of their molecular structure. The physical properties, such as melting points, solubility, and stability, were also recorded and found to be in line with the expected behavior of these novel heterocycles. The synthesized compounds
