The Effect of Oleylamine on the Morphology and Hydrophobic Properties of Micro–Nano Structures with Al(OH) 3 and AlOOH in an Al–Li Alloy
Abstract Micro–nano structures with hydrophobic properties are promising in self‐cleaning, anti‐corrosion, and anti‐icing performance. Here, we report a solvothermal method to construct micro–nano structures on Al–Li alloy by introduction oleylamine. The results show the concentration of oleylamine has an effect on morphology and hydrophobic property of micro–nano structures formed on Al–Li alloy. The X‐ray diffraction results indicates the micro–nano structure is mixture with AlOOH and Al(OH) 3 . When the concentration of oleylamine is about 0.48 mol/L, the length of micro–nano structures is up to microscale, the width of micro–nano structures is about 100–200 nm, and the water contact angle can achieve 152.3°.
