Clustering based Low-Delay Data Backhaul for Space-Air-Ground Integrated Electric Emergency Communications
To ensure the stable operation of power systems during extreme events, stringent requirements are imposed on low-latency data backhaul. The space-air-ground integrated emergency communication system constructs a three-dimensional network by coordinating satellites, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), and ground units to achieve low-delay data backhaul. This enables the power dispatching command center to acquire disaster-area information in real-time for prompt emergency decision-making. However, existing methods fail to adopt cluster networking mechanisms, resulting in excessive signaling overhead and unmanageable processing pressure on UAVs, which can easily become communication bottlenecks. This paper proposes clustering-based low-delay data backhaul for space-air-ground integrated electric emergency communications. First, we construct a clustering-based low-delay architecture. Then, we propose a clustering optimization algorithm using a matching mechanism to optimize networking and reduce transmission delay. Simulations validate the algorithm's performance.
