Radiated Emission Estimation of the Electric Vehicle Powertrain System Using Hybrid Method
A hybrid method, combining circuit analyzer and electromagnetic field simulator, is applied to estimate the radiated emission (RE) of the electric vehicle powertrain system. The powertrain system is represented by its equivalent circuit models to calculate the electric signals generated in the system, which are applied as the source of the main radiated field evaluation with the CISPR 25 RE setup. Additionally, an integrated electric drive module (EDM) is studied in the aspect of the RE reduction.
